国际传播能力是一个国家软实力的重要组成部分。地方媒体谋求和开展与国际媒体的友好合作,是提高自身国际传播能力的重要途径之一。宁波日报报业集团对此进行了积极探索,以海外主流媒体为合作对象,以平等对话为合作基础,以互惠互利为合作原则,不断提升合作议程设置能力,探索国际社会能够接受的传播方式。其实践为地方媒体开展国际友媒合作、提升国际传播能力提供了借鉴和启示。
International communication is an important part of a country’s soft power. The seeking and development of friendly cooperation with the international media by local media is one of the important ways to enhance their own international communication capabilities. Ningbo Daily Newspaper Group has actively explored this issue. Taking the overseas mainstream media as the cooperation partner and the equal dialogue as the basis for cooperation, the principle of reciprocity and mutual benefits is taken as the principle of cooperation and the cooperative agenda setting capability is continuously improved to explore the acceptable modes of communication for the international community. Its practice provides reference and enlightenment for the local media to carry out international cooperation with friends and promote international communication ability.
