本文对几种氨基酸稀溶液在其等电点附近,在Na型和H型D61阳离子交换树脂上探讨了它们之间相互作用及有关过程的速率控制步骤(速控步)。结果表明在此类条件下,相互作用包括离子交换作用和离子迁移作用,而其速控步中液膜扩散是主要的。
In this paper, the dilute solution of several amino acids near its isoelectric point, in the H type and H type D61 cation exchange resin to explore the interaction between them and the rate of the process step (speed control step). The results show that under such conditions, the interaction includes ion exchange and ion mobility, while the liquid film diffusion in the rate control step is dominant.
