设计了能够模拟多个热源变工况的推进系统热管理试验台架测控系统。确定了测控系统方案,进行了硬件设计;选用Lab VIEW作为试验台架测控系统开发平台,通过调用动态链接库对数据采集、控制输出、数据显示、数据保存和超限报警等功能模块进行了分析与编程,完成了软件的设计开发。最后对测控系统进行了试验验证,结果表明:测控系统误差在允许范围内,能够满足热管理试验台架的功能需求。
A control system of the thermal management test bench for the propulsion system was designed, which can simulate a variety of heat sources. The system of monitoring and control system was determined and the hardware was designed. Lab VIEW was chosen as the platform for test and control system of test bed, and functional modules such as data acquisition, control output, data display, data saving and overrun alarm were analyzed by calling dynamic link library And programming, the completion of the software design and development. Finally, the test and control system is tested and verified. The results show that the error of the measurement and control system is within the allowable range, which can meet the functional requirements of the thermal management test bench.
