基于塑性有限元分析软件Deform-3D,对螺旋伞齿轮精密成形过程进行数值模拟。针对螺旋伞齿轮结构特点,设计了终锻件,采用内分流挤压成形方案,研究了预制坯锥角、分流间隙、分流面位置对成形质量及成形力的影响。模拟结果表明,预制坯锥角在135°~145°时,成形力较小;分流间隙的变化直接影响成形力的大小,考虑到材料成本,选择分流间隙在8~10 mm为宜;分流面位置应远离凹模齿形部位。通过制定合适的工艺参数,达到降低成形力、提高成形质量的目的。
Based on the plastic finite element analysis software Deform-3D, the numerical simulation of spiral bevel gear forming process was carried out. According to the structure characteristics of spiral bevel gear, the final forging was designed. The internal split flow extrusion was used to study the influence of preform taper angle, shunt gap and shunt surface on forming quality and forming force. The simulation results show that the forming force is small when the preform taper angle is between 135 ° and 145 °. The change of the shunt gap directly affects the forming force. Considering the material cost, the shunt clearance is preferably 8-10 mm. Position away from the dent part of the die.
