目前认为谷氨酸兴奋毒性是触发青光眼和 /或视网膜缺血性神经节细胞损伤级联反应的最主要因素。大量研究表明 ,预防性阻断谷氨酸兴奋毒性可以保护视网膜神经节细胞 ,减少缺血损伤和神经节细胞凋亡。现就近年来抗谷氨酸毒性 ,保护视网膜神经节细胞的方法和药物作一简要综述
It is currently believed that glutamate excitotoxicity is the most important factor that triggers the cascade of retinal ischemic ganglion cell injury and glaucoma. Numerous studies have shown that prophylactic blockade of glutamate excitotoxicity can protect retinal ganglion cells and reduce ischemic injury and ganglion cell apoptosis.
