在人体模拟体液Hank’s溶液中对碳离子注入TAMZ合金缝隙试样的缝隙腐蚀行为进行研究.结果表明,随着Hank’s溶液中pH值的减小,注入碳离子TAMZ合金缝隙试样的阳极电流密度增大,促进了合金缝隙腐蚀历程.Hank’s溶液中电化学测试结果表明:注入碳离子TAMZ合金缝隙试样的腐蚀电位升高、阳极极化电流密度降低,改善了电化学性能.这是由于碳离子注入后形成了碳化物的无序层膜,抑制了合金的活性溶解,提高了合金的耐缝隙腐蚀性能.
