学生集体在校用餐是目前国内大多数学校学生餐采取的形式。学校是人群聚集的地方,较易发生食物中毒等群体性事件,造成较大社会影响。在学校食物中毒事件中,最常见的致病因素是微生物性因素[1-2]。为了解重庆市学生餐食品卫生状况,笔者于2014年在重庆市渝中区等9个区县开展学生餐中菌落总数、大肠埃希菌计数、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染状况调查
Student collective dining at school is currently taken by most schools in the form of school meals. Schools are places where people gather. They are more prone to mass incidents such as food poisoning, resulting in greater social impact. In school food poisoning, the most common causal factor is microbial factors [1-2].
