从连铸坯组织结构、成分偏析的特点入手,应用统计分析的方法研究了由连铸坯制备光谱标准样品时可能对标样成品造成的影响,阐述了该方法制备的光谱标准样品不均匀性的根本原因,并提出了由连铸坯取料制备光谱标准样品的途径和方法。
Starting from the characteristics of slab structure and composition segregation, the influence of the possible preparation of standard sample on the standard sample from the continuous casting slab was studied by means of statistical analysis. The non-uniformity of the standard sample prepared by this method was described. The root cause of the problem and put forward the method and the method of preparing the spectral standard sample from the continuous casting slab.
