用X射线衍射法、μDTA法和金相显微镜法测定了Ag-Cu-P(P<23wt-%)三元系富Cu合金相图500℃等温截面以及这三元系的含2wt—%Ag和含6wt-%P的垂直截面。在500℃等温截面中存在三个单相区、三个两相区和一个三相区。Ag,P在Cu中的最大固溶度分别为1.5wt-%和1.2wt-%,Cu在Ag中的最大固溶度为1.8wt-%。存在一个三元共晶反应,三相共晶点成分(wt-%)约为18Ag-74.5Cu-7.5P。
