本文是联合使用较新技术,如组织化学、透射电镜和扫描电镜对正常人羊水细胞进行的研究,描述了妊娠各期中羊水内各种细胞的形态学特征及其相互关系。其目的是识别羊水中能成活的细胞,并描述其特征。因为用羊水培养时,生长的细胞的来源是羊水中能成活的细胞,并用培养细胞作产前诊断,包括细胞遗传学和生物化学的研究。羊水标本取自妊娠5~43周,共60例。妊娠5~15周的大部分羊水标本是在治疗性子宫切开术中直接取自完整的羊膜(?)。未被血液污染的羊水标本才能作研究用,排除羊水中巨噬细胞来自母体的可能性。
This article is the joint use of newer technologies, such as histochemistry, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy of normal human amniotic fluid cells in the study described the various stages of pregnancy, amniotic fluid morphological characteristics of various cells and their interrelationships.
