人们常说,一个优秀的校长就是一所好学校。校长应该是教师的兄长、朋友、导师,道德学问皆为楷模。我体会到,作为农村小学的校长,要重视师德修养,加强学习,处事公正,提升魅力,凝聚人心。治校必先治学。校长作为学校的管理者和引领者,必须坚持学习,使学习成为习惯。只有学习,校长才能站在前沿的高度来引领和科学规划学校的发展。作为校长不仅要学习贯彻执行党的教育方针政策、法律法规,更重要的是要提高自己的教育教学理论水 People often say that a good headmaster is a good school. Principal should be a teacher’s brother, friend, mentor, morality is a model. I realized that as the principal of a rural primary school, we should attach importance to the cultivation of teachers’ morality, strengthen learning, be fair in dealing with matters, enhance charisma and unite people’s hearts.
