目的:探讨辽宁省不同地区淡色库蚊的抗药性状况,以期合理使用杀虫剂。方法:采用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50。结果:各地试虫对3种杀虫剂的敏感性有差异,采自朝阳、盘锦者对溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏较敏感,采自阜新、营口者具一定抗药性,二者对三氯杀虫酯的敏感性相差6倍。结论:抗药性的产生与用药史和使用频度有关;对溴氰菊酯应控制使用,不同地区对敌敌畏可区别使用。
Objective: To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in different areas of Liaoning Province in order to use pesticides reasonably. Methods: The LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens larvae was determined by dipping method. Results: The susceptibility of test insects to insecticides was different from that of Chaoyang. Panjin was sensitive to deltamethrin and dichlorvos. Some insecticides were collected from Fuxin and Yingkou, Insect ester sensitivity difference of 6 times. Conclusion: The emergence of drug resistance is related to the history of drug use and frequency of use. Deltamethrin should be controlled and be used differently in different areas.
