从日本七叶树 Aesculus turbinata Bl.种子的 90 %乙醇提取物中分得 3个二萜皂化合物 ,经光谱学分析鉴定了它们的结构分别为 :七叶树皂苷 IVc:2 2 α- O-巴豆酰基 - 2 8- O-乙酰基原七叶树皂苷配基 - 3β- O- [β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 2 ) ][β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 4) ]-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸 ( )、异七叶树皂苷 Ia:2 1β- O-巴豆酰基 - 2 8- O-乙酰基原七叶树皂苷配基 - 3β- O- [β- D -吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 2 ) ][β- D -吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 4) ]-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸 ( )和异七叶树皂苷 Ib:2 1β- O-当归酰基 - 2 8- O-乙酰基原七叶树皂苷配基 - 3β- O- [β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 2 ) ][β- D -吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 4) ]- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸 ( ) ,均为首次从日本七叶树种子中分得。七叶树皂苷 Ia、Ib、IVc和异七叶树皂苷Ia、Ib在 10 0 μm ol/ L 浓度的体外试验中对 HIV- 1蛋白酶活性具有一定的抑制作用
Three diterpenoids were isolated from the 90% ethanol extract of Aesculus turbinata Bl. seed. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis as follows: esculin IVc:2 2 α-O- Crotonoyl- 2 8-O-Acetyl-O-Heptoran-3β-O-[β-D-Glucopyranosyl (1→2)] [β-D-Glucopyranosyl (1→4) )-β-D-glucuronopyranoic acid ( ), iso-escin Ia: 2 1β-O-crotonoyl-2-octa O-acetyl progastrin-3β-O- [ β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2) ][β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→4)]-β-D-glucuronopyranoic acid () and iso-buckeye saponin Ib:2 1β-O-angeloyl-2-a-8-O-acetylprogastrin-3β-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)] [β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→4) ]-β-D-glucuronoglucuronic acid (), which were first isolated from Japanese horse chestnut seed. The escin Ia, Ib, IVc and iso-escin Ia, Ib have a certain inhibitory effect on the activity of HIV-1 protease in an in vitro test at a concentration of 100 μmol/L.
