南水北调中线一期工程天津干线全长155.352km,全段采用地埋式有压混凝土输水箱涵供水。长距离箱涵输水减少了占地和水质污染,但由于箱涵施工战线长、工程量大,给施工进度带来了很大压力。为此,南水北调天津干线TJ4-2标段分多个工作面组织施工,大量地采用了简易模板台车进行箱涵混凝土浇筑,加快了模板材料周转速度,提高了箱涵混凝土施工效率,确保了工程保质按期完工。
The first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Tianjin has a total length of 155.352km and the entire section is supplied with buried pressurized concrete water tank culverts. Long-distance culvert water transport to reduce the occupation of land and water pollution, but due to the long culvert construction of the culvert, a large amount of construction, the construction schedule has brought great pressure. Therefore, the TJ4-2 bidding section of the Tianjin South Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project was organized by multiple working surfaces. A large number of simple formwork trolleys were used for the concrete pouring of box culverts to speed up the turnover of formwork materials and improve the construction efficiency of concrete filled in culverts. Project durability completed on schedule.
