已发现自主神经改变与某些主要的心血管事件发生有关,且有较明确的周期节律。在正常人群中,自主神经活动也呈现周期模型,与心血管事件发生节律相似:白天和清晨醒来第1小时内交感神经活性增高,在夜晚副交感神经活动占优势。自主神经的这种变化究竟与白天黑夜的自然交替有关还是因清醒时活动睡眠时静卧而引起,目前还不清楚。利用反映自主神经变化的心率变异性(HRV)检查,通过研究翻班工人白天和夜晚的翻班期对HRV的影响,回答上述问题。
Autonomic changes have been found to be associated with the occurrence of certain major cardiovascular events and have a well-defined circadian rhythm. In the normal population, autonomic activity also exhibits a period model that is similar to the rhythm of cardiovascular events: increased sympathetic activity during the first hour of morning and early morning wake up, and parasympathetic activity predominating at night. It is unclear whether this change in autonomic nervous system is related to the natural alternation of day and night, or lying still when sleeping during awake. This question was answered by examining the effects of autonomic changes on heart rate variability (HRV) by examining the effects of turn-around periods of daytime and night shift workers on HRV.
