目的:探讨前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(ⅠCTP)在前列腺癌(PCa)骨转移患者血清中的表达及临床价值。方法:根据骨显像将60例PCa患者分为无骨转移组26例和骨转移组34例,同时选取30例正常人血清作对照组,检测三组血清PSA、CEA、ⅠCTP水平。结果:骨转移组较无骨转移组和对照组血清PSA、CEA及ⅠCTP水平高(P<0.05);无骨转移组较对照组血清PSA及CEA升高(P<0.05);无骨转移组与对照组血清在ⅠCTP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PSA、CEA、ⅠCTP在PCa骨转移患者血清表达增加。ⅠCTP在诊断前列腺骨转移中有较高的特异性。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical value of prostate specific antigen (PSA), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and type Ⅰ collagen cross-linked carboxyl terminal peptide (ⅠCTP) in serum of patients with prostate cancer (PCa) bone metastasis. Methods: Sixty cases of PCa were divided into two groups according to bone imaging: 26 cases without bone metastasis and 34 cases with bone metastasis. 30 cases of normal human serum were selected as the control group. The levels of serum PSA, CEA and Ⅰ CTP in the three groups were detected. Results: Serum PSA, CEA and Ⅰ CTP levels in the bone metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-bone metastasis group and the control group (P <0.05); serum PSA and CEA in the boneless metastasis group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in Ⅰ CTP level between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The serum levels of PSA, CEA and Ⅰ CTP in PCa bone metastases increased. Ⅰ CTP in the diagnosis of prostate bone metastases have a higher specificity.
