我厂已被审定为国家二级企业。我们在企业升级工作中感受最深的是:要搞好企业升级工作,全面提高企业素质,必须从基础管理工作抓起。概括起来,我们抓了8个方面的工作:标准化、计量、质量管理、定额、信息、规章制度、基础教育、班组建设。我厂建立健全了各类技术标准、管理标准和工作标准,把标准工作贯穿到生产、技术与管理的各个过程和领域。我厂成立了计量室,设专职计量监督员,还有一支活跃在各个工作岗位的兼职计量员队伍,制定了《计量管理制度》、《计量工作考核条例》;在供、产、销各个环节上,充实了计量器具。在建立质量管理组织体系、组成质量管理
Our factory has been audited as a national secondary enterprise.
