目前油田加热装置结垢现象较为普遍,造成系统热效率的幅度降低、加热设备附件损坏频率高,不仅导致系统能耗升高、维护费用加大,而且存在安全隐患。通过近几年对超声波防垢技术在油田加热装置应用效果的跟踪研究表明,该技术是现有条件下较为经济有效的区域性物理防垢技术。数据显示,超声波防垢技术应用在加热装置上,在系统能耗上取得了明显的节气效果,同时也在加热装置维护上取得了明显的保护作用,大大降低加热装置损坏频率。实现了保安全、促节能、降投资的目标,为油田加热装置安全运行、低耗高效提出切实可行的技术措施。
At present, the scaling phenomenon of heating devices in oil field is relatively common, resulting in a decrease in the thermal efficiency of the system and a high frequency of damage to the heating equipment accessories, which not only leads to an increase in system energy consumption and maintenance costs but also a potential safety hazard. In recent years, the tracking effect of ultrasonic anti-scaling technology applied in oilfield heating equipment shows that the technology is a more economical and effective regional anti-scaling technology under current conditions. The data show that the ultrasonic anti-scaling technology is applied to the heating device, and significant energy-saving effect has been achieved on the system energy consumption. At the same time, significant protective effect has been achieved on the heating device maintenance, greatly reducing the damage frequency of the heating device. Realize the goal of ensuring safety, promoting energy conservation and reducing investment, and put forward practical and feasible technical measures for the safe operation of oilfield heating equipment and low consumption and high efficiency.
