目的:观察分析MMP-9在缺血性脑卒中患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取68例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,并选取同期体检的68例健康者作为对照组,观察比较组间MMP-9水平。结果:缺血性脑卒中组患者MMP-9水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻、中、重度缺血性脑卒中患者血清MMP-9水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);发病24h、5天、14天、30天,患者血清MMP-9水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同预后患者血清MMP-9水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缺血性脑卒中组患者MMP-9水平与高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清MMP-9水平可反应缺血性脑卒中患者病情严重程度,对临床预后效果的改善具有重要意义。
Objective: To observe the expression of MMP-9 in patients with ischemic stroke and its clinical significance. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study. Sixty-eight healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of MMP-9 in the two groups were compared. Results: The level of MMP-9 in ischemic stroke group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The difference of serum MMP-9 levels in mild, moderate and severe ischemic stroke patients was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the serum MMP-9 levels between the onset of 24 hours, 5 days, 14 days and 30 days (P <0.05). The serum MMP-9 levels in different prognosis patients were significantly different P <0.05). The level of MMP-9 in patients with ischemic stroke was positively correlated with hs-CRP, blood glucose and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum MMP-9 level can reflect the severity of ischemic stroke patients and is of great significance for the improvement of clinical prognosis.
