考虑到短定子直线电机(SLIM)采用短初级绕组-长次级导轨结构,牵引设备配置在车上,故主要应用于时速≤120 km的中低速控制领域。文章通过介绍采用SLIM驱动的地铁车辆、磁浮列车工程化应用背景,阐述了SLIM面向更高速度工程化应用的意义,并基于结构形式不变的前提下,为满足更高速度等级要求下的功率、能效要求,探讨了采用SLIM提速的技术问题及设计思路,为后续SLIM向更高速度工程化应用提供设计建议。
Taking into account the short stator linear motor (SLIM) with a short primary winding - long secondary rail structure, the traction device is configured in the car, it is mainly used in low-speed control of speed ≤ 120 km in the field. This paper introduces the SLIM-driven subway vehicles and maglev train engineering application background, expounds the meaning of SLIM for higher-speed engineering applications, and based on the premise of unchanged structure, in order to meet the requirements of higher speed grade power , Energy efficiency requirements, the technical problems and design ideas of using SLIM to speed up are discussed, and the design suggestions for subsequent SLIM to higher speed engineering applications are provided.
