针对水利水电建设中人力资源管理工作所存在的问题,进行简单的分析,基于水利水电建设的实际情况,提出有效实施的具体策略。人力资源管理工作作为水利水电建设的主要内容,是确保水利水电单位可持续发展的基础,对此加强水利水电建设中人力资源管理实施的研究,有着重要的作用。人力资源管理应加强信息化建设,采取人性化与精细化管理模式,做好职工思想政治工作,为企业发展提供坚实的人资保障。
Aiming at the existing problems of human resource management in water conservancy and hydropower construction, a simple analysis is given, and based on the actual situation of water conservancy and hydropower construction, a concrete strategy of effective implementation is put forward. As the main content of water conservancy and hydropower construction, human resource management is the basis to ensure the sustainable development of water conservancy and hydropower units. It plays an important role in strengthening the research of human resource management in water conservancy and hydropower construction. Human resources management should strengthen the construction of informatization, take humane and meticulous management mode, do ideological and political work well for workers and provide solid human resources protection for the development of enterprises.
