在经济全球化的背景下,企业国际化已是大势所趋。越来越多的中国企业开始实施国际化战略。伴随者经济高速增长和综合国力的不断提高,中国企业对外直接投资在主体结构、行业分布、地域流向等方面都形成了多元化的格局。“十五”时期以来,我国企业加快推进“走出去”战略,海外投资重点逐渐从港澳、北美转移到亚太、非洲和拉丁美洲等广大发展中国家,投资领域涉及生产加工、贸易、资源开发、交通、建筑、农业及农产品综合开发、旅游餐饮及设计咨询等,海外投资实现跨越式增长。中国企业走出国门,积极参与国际产业分工,既是市场竞争的驱动,又是企业自身发展的要求,也是展示国家实力的一道窗口。企业在向国际化发展的进程中,其战略必定不同于已往只在国内市场发展时的战略。企业面对新的情况,面对不同的经营环境,就应及时制定新的战略,尝试用不同的方法去解决问题。
In the context of economic globalization, the internationalization of enterprises is the trend of the times. More and more Chinese enterprises are beginning to implement their international strategy. Along with the rapid economic growth and the continuous improvement of overall national strength, the outward FDI of Chinese enterprises has formed a diversified structure in terms of the structure, industry distribution and geographical flow direction. Since the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, Chinese enterprises have accelerated the strategy of “going global” and their overseas investment has gradually shifted from Hong Kong, Macao and North America to a large number of developing countries such as Asia Pacific, Africa and Latin America. The investment involves manufacturing, processing and trading , Resources development, transportation, construction, comprehensive development of agriculture and agro-products, tourism, catering and design consultancy. Overseas investment will achieve leapfrog growth. Chinese enterprises going abroad and actively participating in the international division of labor are not only the drivers of market competition but also the requirements of their own development as well as a window to show their country’s strength. Enterprises in the process of international development, its strategy must be different from the past, only when the domestic market strategy. In the face of new situations and facing different business environments, enterprises should formulate new strategies in time and try different solutions to solve the problems.
