在对沥青混合料离析发生机理和类型进行深入分析的基础上,利用无核密度仪,对单机宽幅摊铺和双机梯队摊铺两种施工条件下沥青混合料的密度进行快速检测。通过级配抽提试验分析不同部位沥青混合料级配的变异性,进而对两种施工方法的摊铺均匀性进行评价。研究认为:双机梯队摊铺过程中两机搭接部位、路面两端容易产生离析;而采用新型大功率宽幅抗离析摊铺机进行单机摊铺则能有效提高路面施工质量。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the mechanism and type of asphalt mixture segregation, the density of asphalt mixture under two kinds of construction conditions, such as single machine wide paving and double machine echelon paving, was rapidly tested by using nuclear densimeter. Through the gradation extraction test, the variability of gradation gradation of asphalt mixture in different parts was analyzed, and then the uniformity of paving of two kinds of construction methods was evaluated. The research shows that: when the double-machine echelon paving process lapped parts of the two machines, the two ends of the pavement are prone to segregation; and the use of the new high-power wide-width anti-segregation paving machine for single machine pavement can effectively improve the construction quality of the pavement.
