目的 :检测工作控制点量表 (WLCS)的信度和效度。方法 :根据 43 9名被试的WLCS结果作了同质信度、构想效度的检验 ,以Rotter控制点量表为效标考察了WLCS的同时效度 ,以职业压力指标问卷(OSI -2 )中身体健康、心理健康、工作满意度和离职意向分量表为效标考察了WLCS的预测效度。结果 :WLCS的内部一致性α系数为 0 7166,分半信度为 0 715 9;同时效度为 0 60 5 (P <0 0 0 1) ;对身体健康、心理健康、工作满意度和离职意向的预测效度都达到显著水平。结论 :WLCS的同质信度、构想效度、效标效度均较理想 ,符合心理测量学的要求。
Objective: To test the reliability and validity of WLCS. Methods: Based on the WLCS results of 439 participants, the same reliability and the validity of the test were tested.
