以照白杜鹃嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法筛选最适合的培养基,结果表明,最适合嫩茎段的腋芽萌发生长及生根的最佳培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA0.10mg/L+KT0.30mg/L+IBA0.12mg/L+GA31.80mg/L,再生率达95以上。以再生植株的茎节为材料进行快繁的结果表明,在21d增殖倍数平均达65以上,建立了照白杜鹃的高效快繁体系。
According to the tender shoots of Rhododendron officinale as explants, the most suitable culture medium was screened by uniform design. The results showed that the best medium for axillary bud germination and rooting was the MS (modified) + IAA0 .10mg / L + KT0.30mg / L + IBA0.12mg / L + GA31.80mg / L, regeneration rate of 95 or more. The results showed that the multiplication rate of regenerated plants reached more than 65 on the 21st day, and the high-efficient and rapid propagation system of Rhododendron simiarum was established.
