我公司SKODA W250H落地式镗床于1985年,由捷克引进,是非数控镗铣床,镗杆直径250毫米。经过多年使用,机械精度超差,不能加工曲面工件,不满足现代生产需求。经过公司研究,对该镗床实施数控化改造升级。2012年6月份开始施工,12月验收交工,交给生产加工使用。加工效率照改造前提高一倍以上。性能与新购置同规格数控镗铣床相当。改造费用只相当“购置同样配置新数控镗铣床”费用的1/2以下。改造成功经验,值得推广,少花钱多办事,对原有老旧设备进行数控化升级改造,提高企业装备先进性能。
