有些教师认为他们对学生是友好的,体谅的。那么学生的感受是否和教师一样呢?本文通过调查问卷和师生访谈,对大学英语教师的课堂人际行为进行了调查和研究。结果显示教师和学生对教师课堂人际行为的感受存在明显差异。本文分析了师生感受存在差异的原因。本研究成果对我国英语教学和师资培训提供重要的启示。
Some teachers think they are friendly and considerate to their students. So whether the feeling of the students is the same as that of the teacher? This paper investigates and studies the classroom interpersonal behavior of college English teachers through the questionnaire and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that there is a significant difference between teachers and students ’perception of teachers’ interpersonal behavior. This article analyzes the reasons why there are differences between teachers and students. The results of this study provide important inspiration for English teaching and teacher training in our country.
