由中国法学会诉讼法学会、浙江省高级人民法院共同举办的中国法学会诉讼法学2006年年会于2006年9月25-28日在杭州召开。来自全国司法机关与教学科研单位的代表350余人参加了会议。本次年会的总议题是诉讼公正与司法理念,根据会议中发言讨论情况和会议收到的论文观点综述如下:
The 2006 Annual Conference of Procedural Law of China Law Society, jointly organized by the Law Society of China Law Society and Zhejiang Higher People’s Court, was held in Hangzhou on September 25-28, 2006. More than 350 representatives from national judicial organs, teaching and research institutes attended the conference. The general issue of this annual meeting is the concept of litigation justice and justice.
