目的:制备姜黄素的聚氰基丙烯酸丁酯纳米粒(Cur-PBCN),并对其进行理化性质评价。方法:采用乳化聚合法制备Cur-PBCN,以包封率和载药量为指标,采用正交设计法L16(43)对处方进行优化并考察其理化性质。结果:制得的纳米粒在电镜下呈球形,平均粒径93.8mm,平均包封率为(50.4±2.2)%,平均载药量为(33.5±0.9)%,Zeta电位为-6.81mV;2h体外释药34.74%,随后是缓慢释药过程,其体外释药符合双相动力学方程:100-Q=4.5235e-0.1724t+4.1641e-0.0114t。结论:制得的纳米粒具有好的理化性质,缓释效果明显。
Objective: To prepare curcumin polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles (Cur-PBCN), and to evaluate its physical and chemical properties. Methods: Cur-PBCN was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The encapsulation efficiency and drug loading were used as indexes. The orthogonal design L16 (43) was used to optimize the formulation and investigate its physico-chemical properties. Results: The prepared nanoparticles were spherical under the electron microscope. The average particle size was 93.8 mm, the average encapsulation efficiency was (50.4 ± 2.2)%, the average drug loading was (33.5 ± 0.9)% and the Zeta potential was -6.81 mV. 2h release in vitro 34.74%, followed by a slow release process, in vitro release in line with the biphasic kinetic equation: 100-Q = 4.5235e-0.1724t + 4.1641e-0.0114t. Conclusion: The prepared nanoparticles have good physical and chemical properties, slow release effect is obvious.
