推动媒体融合发展,是党中央作出的重大战略部署,也是遵循媒体自身发展规律的必然要求;是适应互联网时代的迫切需要,也是当代中国新闻改革发展的一个重点任务。如同经济进入新常态后,经济运行态势表现出一些常态化的新特征一样,当前,媒体融合发展的深度推进,带来媒体格局的深刻调整和舆论生态的重大变化,使得传统媒体尤其是报业发展呈现出一种机遇与危机交织的“新常态”。报业新常态主要表现在三个方面:
