目的观察一种常压低温等离子体装置对玻璃表面的消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对自制常压低温等离子体消毒装置杀灭玻璃表面污染菌的效果进行评价。结果经该常压低温等离子体装置消毒处理2、5、10和20 s,对紧贴在等离子体反应器玻片上污染的金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值分别为2.87、4.00、4.30和5.74;作用5 s,对玻片上白色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值依次为4.00、3.40和3.60。该常压低温等离子体装置杀菌效果随着作用距离的增加或染菌量的增加,均有所下降。结论该常压低温等离子体消毒装置能快速杀灭玻璃片表面的细菌繁殖体,作用距离和染菌量直接影响其杀菌效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect on a glass surface of an atmospheric pressure, low temperature plasma device. Methods The method of quantitative bactericidal test was used to evaluate the effect of self-made low pressure plasma disinfection device to kill bacteria on glass surface. Results After sterilization for 2, 5, 10 and 20 s, the kill logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus contaminated on the plasma reactor glass slides were 2.87, 4.00, 4.30 and 5.74, respectively. After 5 s, the kill logarithm against S. aureus, E. coli and P. aeruginosa was 4.00,3.40 and 3.60 respectively. The bactericidal effect of the atmospheric pressure and low temperature plasma device decreased with the increase of the distance of action or the increase of the amount of inoculation. Conclusion The atmospheric pressure and low temperature plasma disinfection device can rapidly kill the bacterial propagules on the surface of glass slides, and the direct effect on the bactericidal effect is caused by the action distance and the amount of bacteria inoculated.
