临沂市兰山区婴幼儿营养健康教育效果分析

目的了解兰山区婴幼儿营养状况,观察营养健康教育手段对儿童生长发育的促进效果。方法选取兰山区2处接种门诊的儿童,分别分为对照组和营养健康教育指导组(简称健教组),对健教组实施营养健康教育干预。结果健教组的养护人对育儿知识掌握程度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组的婴幼儿正常生长发育比例为86.0%,健教组的婴幼儿正常生长发育比例为92.9%,明显高于对照组。结论通过营养健康教育干预措施,使养护人掌握科学育儿的方法及技巧,降低婴幼儿佝偻病和营养性贫血的患病率,促进婴幼儿正常生长发育。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of infants and young children in Lanshan district and to observe the effects of nutrition and health education on children’s growth and development. Methods Two outpatients in Lanshan District were selected and divided into control group and nutrition health education instruction group (referred to as health education group), respectively, to implement health education intervention for health education group. Results The masters of health education group had a higher mastery degree of parenting knowledge than the control group (P <0.01). In the control group, the rate of normal growth and development of infants and toddlers was 86.0%. The ratio of normal growth and development of infants and toddlers in health education group was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Through nutrition and health education interventions, caregivers can master the methods and techniques of scientific childcare, reduce the prevalence of infant rickets and nutritional anemia, and promote the normal growth and development of infants and young children.
