目的探明桓台县白纹伊蚊孳生习性、成蚊季节消长规律,为防制工作提供科学方法。方法幼虫调查采用勺计数法;成蚊调查采用紫外线灯诱捕法和认账诱捕法。结果幼虫调查显示,城乡结合部、居民区和医院蚊密度较高,公园密度较低,7~9月为高峰;成蚊密度以公园和城乡结合部较高。季节消长明显,峰值出现在8月,呈单峰型。结论桓台县白纹伊蚊在不同环境中均可存在,但密度不同;密度高峰与温度和降雨量呈正相关。
Objective To find out the breeding habit of Aedes albopictus in Huantai County and the law of growth and decline of adult mosquitoes in order to provide a scientific method for prevention and control. Methods The larvae survey was scoop-counting method. Adult mosquitoes were investigated by ultraviolet light trap method and debit-trap method. Results The larvae survey showed that mosquito density was higher in the urban-rural junction, residential areas and hospitals, and the park density was lower, reaching the peak from July to September. The density of adult mosquitoes was higher in parks and in the urban-rural areas. Seasonal growth and decline significantly, the peak appeared in August, showing a single peak. Conclusion The Aedes albopictus in Huantai County can exist in different environments but with different densities. The density peak is positively correlated with temperature and rainfall.
