目的探讨在临床护理工作中应用人性化护理管理模式的实际效果。方法对照组在临床治疗基础上给予日常护理服务。研究组在提供上述日常护理基础上加用人性化护理管理模式。记录两组患者对本次治疗期间所得护理服务的评价结果、负性心理(焦虑、抑郁)程度改善效果(护理前、护理后),将所得数据输入相关软件后给予统计学分析并总结结论。结果经不同护理后两组负性心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)均较之前有所改善,研究组SDS自评量表、SAS自评量表评分变化幅度均更优(P<0.05);研究组患者于本次治疗结束后对护理工作评价满意率(82.22%)显著高于对照组(44.44%)(P<0.05)。结论实施临床护理基础上若加用人性化护理管理模式可使患者获得更为理想的负性心理改善效果,有利于维持良好护患关系。
Objective To explore the practical effect of applying humanized nursing management in clinical nursing. Methods The control group received routine nursing care based on the clinical treatment. The research team added the humanized nursing management mode on the basis of providing the above daily nursing. The evaluation results of the nursing services obtained during the treatment period, the effect of improving the degree of negative psychology (anxiety and depression) (before nursing and after nursing) in both groups were recorded and the data were input into the relevant softwares for statistical analysis and conclusions. Results The negative psychological state (anxiety and depression) of the two groups improved after the different nursing care. The SDS self-rating scale and the SAS self-rating scale in the study group were all better than those in the control group (P <0.05) The satisfaction rate of nursing evaluation (82.22%) after the end of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (44.44%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of human nursing care management mode based on clinical nursing can make patients get more ideal negative psychological improvement, which is good for maintaining good relationship between nurses and patients.
