In Japan, the expensive land, the difficulty of buying a house, is recognized by the world. In 1989 alone, for example, a total area of 104,900 square meters was required for the acquisition of 85,904,000 yen in Tokyo, and 67,725,000 yen for an apartment of 75 square meters in apartment style. The average annual income of laborers was 6.523 million yen. That is, buying a home is 13.2 times the annual total household income, while purchasing an apartment is 10.4 times the annual total income. Therefore, the average family to buy their own homes must be in the center of Tokyo Station, 60 km radius of the drawing outside.
