目的探讨乳腺肿块钙化类型与乳腺癌分子亚型间的关系。方法回顾性分析本科2010年7月~2012年7月间确诊的186例乳腺癌患者,所有患者均具备术前影像学(钼靶X线)资料,并具有完整的免疫组化资料,并依据免疫组化结果对这些患者进行乳腺癌分子亚型分类:Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER2过表达型、三阴型。结果 HER2过表达型出现小钙化概率增加,泥沙状钙化概率增加;Luminal A型及Luminal B型颗粒状、短棒状钙化概率增加;三阴型乳腺癌较少出现钙化,一般为单一钙化、大钙化。结论乳腺癌影像学钙化类型与分子亚型间存在相关性,对不同分子亚型乳腺癌特点的研究有一定临床意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the types of breast lump calcification and molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of undergraduate from July 2010 to July 2012 confirmed 186 cases of breast cancer patients, all patients with preoperative imaging (mammography X-ray) data, and with complete immunohistochemical data, and based on Immunohistochemical results of these patients breast cancer molecular subtypes classification: Luminal A type, Luminal B type, HER2 overexpression type, triple negative. Results The over-expression of HER2 increased the probability of small calcification and increased the probability of sediment calcification. Luminal A type and Luminal B type increased the probability of granular and short rod-like calcification. Smaller breast cancer showed less calcification, Calcification. Conclusion There is a correlation between the type of calcification and molecular subtypes in breast cancer. It is of clinical significance to study the characteristics of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.
