我处在三座长隧道中大力采用连拱墙衬砌,收到了一定的效果。全处已作连拱墙142对,节约边墙圬工1384.8m~3。现将情况介绍如下: 一、革厚墙和整体衬砌的命多年来,中等坚硬岩层隧道由于沿用苏联的计算理论,均采用等截面直墙式整体衬砌。这种衬砌沒有充分发挥结构承载能力,沒有考虑先拱后墙衬砌的受力特点,结构单调而笨重,圬工量大,不能适应多快好省修建铁路的需要。我国铁路工人、干部和技术人员在铁路施工实践中,采用了各种新型衬砌,连拱墙就是其中一种。它通过边墙纵向拱将拱圈反力传到边墙中柱上,节省了边墙圬工。经××线试用和观察,证明这种结构质量良好, 施工简单,有广阔的发展前途。
