On the morning of January 9, 2017, the Central United Front Work Department and the State Religious Affairs Bureau jointly held the 3rd Commendation Conference for Advanced Collective and Advanced Individuals to Establish a Harmonious Temple Observatory in Beijing, in recognition of 299 advanced collectives and 160 advanced individuals.
