鲁迅先生不仅是一位伟大的文学家、思想家和革命家,也是一位卓越的教育家和杰出的教师。1909年6月从日本留学归来后,他担任的第一个社会职业就是教师。从1909年任教于浙江两级师范学堂起到1927年离开中山大学时止,整整十八个春秋,他相继执教于绍兴府中学堂、绍兴师范学校、北京大学、北京师范大学、女子师范大学、中国大学和厦门大学等十四所学校,传授过化学、生理学、小说史、文学史,文艺论等课程,担任了中学和师范学校的监学(教务主任)、监督(校长)、大学的讲师、教授、系主任和教务主任等职务。定居上海后,他虽不再担任教职,但依然十分关心教育工作,无时无刻不在帮助和扶植着青年。他把教育工作当作革命工作的一个重要方面,把教育改革
