“新课标”的实施是一个系统工程,涉及到方方面面,准确理解和执行课标是课改向纵深发展的关键所在,为避免课改初期“两头热,中间冷”的现象,各省(市、区)及学校的任务就显得尤为突出。怎样根据本省(地)的实际情况开展课标的学习或培训工作,如何帮助广大体育教师学习理解体育课标,是教育教研部门必须面对的课改重要工作之一。理解和践行新课标不能只是停留在理论的宣讲和理念的解读上,十多年的课改实践经验证明,真正课改的专家来自于课标的执行者和践行者——各地的教研员和一线体育教师。如何确保体育教师们全面了解新课标,同时又能为一线教师提供相对具体的、可操作的指导与帮助,也是本刊的重点工作,今后一个时期,我刊将在不同的栏目及杂志的网络平台(博客圈、论坛及QQ群)进行相关系列专题的研讨,为广大体育教师及教研员搭建专业发展的平台,让大家真正成为体育与健康课程改革的主人。本期专题邀请江苏、河南、广西、湖北、广东深圳、山东济南、浙江杭州江干区的省、市、区级教研员撰稿,从不同层面和视角谈对新课标的认识和围绕课标如何开展培训及教研工作。
