本文分析了单粒种子在倾斜排种圆盘上的运动和充种室内种子群的运动,提出了主要特点为双区式的倾斜圆盘排种器的新结构,并对这种排种器的结构参数进行了探讨。所进行的棉花精密播种的排、播试验,振动对排种量影响的试验以及用这种排种盘进行单粒精密播种大豆的排、播试验的结果表明,理论分析所得到的参数有一定的实用价值,这种新结构可以满足棉花精密播种的要求,并能单粒精密播种大豆。
In this paper, we analyzed the movement of single seeds on tilted seed disks and the movement of seeds in seed-filling chamber. The new structure of the dual-zone tilting disk seed metering device was proposed. The structural parameters were discussed. The precision cotton sowing schedule and sowing test, the influence of vibration on the sowing rate and the sowing and sowing experiments of the single sowing precision sowing soybean using this seed plate showed that the parameters obtained by the theoretical analysis are certain The practical value of this new structure to meet the precision cotton sowing requirements, and can be a single precision sowing soybean.
