国庆又至,佳节可庆。而再过一个多月就要召开的党的十六大,更是中国人民政治社会生活中的一件大事、要事、喜事,可谓不胜翘企,举世瞩目。在这种情况下,就想到一个问题,我们应当以什么样的精神状态和工作作风去迎接十六大以及在会后贯彻十六大?联系仍然频发的各种事故以及存在的各类安全隐患,我们不能不说,各地各部门的各级干部和公职人员,都应该以时不我待的精神状态和务真求实的工作作风投入工作,坚决杜绝少数地方、少数部门、少数干部中存在的拖拖拉拉,甚至敷衍应付的作风。
