通过对Fe3Al基合金的电阻率、热膨胀系数的测定及抗氧化性能、高温力学性能的研究发现,Fe3Al基合金的室温电阻率高于Ni80Cr20、0Cr25Al5合金。当温度低于900℃时,其抗氧化性能与二种对比合金相当,温度大于900℃时,其抗氧化性能明显优于对比合金。高温断裂强度高于0Cr25Al5合金,而与Ni80Cr20合金相当。Fe3Al合金是一种比较理想的电热体材料。
Through the study of resistivity, thermal expansion coefficient and oxidation resistance, high temperature mechanical properties of Fe3Al-based alloy, the room temperature resistivity of Fe3Al-based alloy is higher than that of Ni80Cr20,0Cr25Al5 alloy. When the temperature is lower than 900 ℃, the oxidation resistance is comparable with that of the two kinds of comparative alloys. When the temperature is higher than 900 ℃, its oxidation resistance is obviously better than that of the comparative alloy. High temperature rupture strength is higher than 0Cr25Al5 alloy, but with Ni80Cr20 alloy. Fe3Al alloy is an ideal electric heating material.
