本文介绍了以XAD-2树脂为吸附剂、苄基溴为酯化剂、氧化银为催化剂,用氢焰离子化检测器测定气相中挥发性有机酸衍生化产物的色谱方法,并探讨了有机酸衍生化反应的最佳条件。结果表明,本法对分析C_1-C_4有机酸的分离效果良好。其中甲酸的衍生化反应率达到98%以上;XAD-2树脂对甲酸的吸附率可高选97%。使用本方法对大气样品中的挥发性有机酸进行了测定,最低检测浓度为几个ppb。
In this paper, the chromatographic method for the determination of volatile organic acid derivatization products in gas phase with XAD-2 resin as adsorbent, benzyl bromide as esterification agent and silver oxide as catalyst, and hydrogen flame ionization detector were introduced. Optimum conditions for acid derivatization. The results show that the separation of C 1 -C 4 organic acids by this method is good. Among them, the derivatization rate of formic acid reached above 98%; the adsorption rate of formic acid to XAD-2 resin was 97% higher than that of formic acid. Volatile organic acids in atmospheric samples were measured using this method with a minimum detection concentration of a few ppb.
