目的通过分析不同文化程度、年龄与体质指数对舰员工作能力的影响,为提高和维护舰员作业能力提供科学依据。方法运用工作能力指数量表对不同文化程度,年龄,体质指数舰员的工作能力进行分析。结果本科及以上毕业、大专毕业和中专及高中毕业舰员工作能力指数分别为40.2±5.8、39.2±6.7、40.4±5.8,均高于初中毕业舰员(30.7±7.1),其中初中毕业的舰员工作能力中等,本科及以上、大专、中专及高中毕业的舰员工作能力好,舰员的工作能力与年龄(r=-0.12)、体质指数(r=-0.08)呈负相关。结论初中毕业舰员的工作能力需要提高,同时应根据年龄和体质指数合理分配舰员工作,有助于提高舰员作业能力。
Objective To analyze the influence of different educational level, age and physique index on the crew’s working ability, and provide a scientific basis for improving and maintaining the crew’s operational ability. Methods The working ability index scale was used to analyze the working abilities of crew members of different education levels, ages and body mass index. Results The undergraduate and above graduates, college graduates and technical secondary school and high school graduates working ability index were 40.2 ± 5.8,39.2 ± 6.7,40.4 ± 5.8, were higher than junior high school graduates (30.7 ± 7.1), of which junior high school graduates The crew members’ ability to work is medium. The bachelor and above graduates have the ability to work well. The working ability of a crew member is negatively correlated with age (r = -0.12) and body mass index (r = -0.08). Conclusion The junior high school graduates’ ability to work in ships needs to be improved. At the same time, it is necessary to rationally allocate the crew members according to their age and body mass index, which helps to improve the crew’s ability to work.
