产业结构转型和区域间的产业转移进一步增强了中国各地区间的经济联动性,一个地区的产业规模和发展模式不仅影响本地区的环境质量,也会对其他地区尤其是周边地区的环境质量产生影响,这种地域间环境质量的空间相关性已不容忽视。为此,基于环境库兹涅茨曲线(Environment Kuznets Curve,EKC)假定,引入空间相关因素,运用空间动态面板模型分析中国环境污染与经济增长的关系。研究结果表明,中国基本满足EKC的假定,并且环境污染存在显著的空间相关性;基于地理权重的估计模型明显优于经济权重模型,即造成中国环境污染溢出的主要原因是地理因素而非经济因素。
Industrial restructuring and inter-regional industrial transfer have further strengthened the economic linkage among various regions in China. The industrial scale and development model of a region not only affect the quality of the region’s environment, but also affect the environmental quality of other regions, especially the surrounding areas , The spatial correlation of the environmental quality of such regions can not be ignored. To this end, based on the assumption of the Environment Kuznets Curve (EKC), spatial correlation factors are introduced and the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in China is analyzed by using the spatial dynamic panel model. The results show that China basically meets the assumption of EKC and there is a significant spatial correlation of environmental pollution. The estimation model based on geographic weight is obviously better than the economic weight model, that is, the main reason causing environmental pollution in China is geographical rather than economic factors .
