由国家冶金工业局钢铁研究总院承担的国家863高技术新材料研究《Ni_3Al抗汽蚀合金在大型水力机械叶片防护上的应用》和广西电力试验研究院承担由广西电力工业局下达的《〈水轮机〉叶片汽蚀材料的研究和应用》课题,9月1—2日同时通过了由国家冶金工业局组织的专家鉴定。 Ni_3Al耐高温合金具有高的机械疲劳、冷热疲劳和腐蚀疲劳抗力及形变硬化率,已在国防工业上得到应用。水科院机电所、黄委水科院、天津院科研所等单位的室内试验表明,Ni_3Al合金的抗空蚀性能比OCr13Ni5Mo和18—8不锈钢高10—14倍。由于Ni_3Al材料的焊接热裂纹问题,影响其推广应用。
