本文利用旋流式光整技术针对航空发动机叶片型面的光整加工进行实验研究,制定了叶片型面光整工艺路程,优选了磨料,设计了叶片光整实验用夹具。通过具体叶片型面和前后缘的光整实验验证了旋流式光整加工及其实验方案能够满足叶片型面和前后缘的设计要求,提高光整效率1倍以上,并且改善叶片型面的应力状态及其分布,从而大幅度提高叶片的疲劳寿命。
In this paper, the swirling finishing technique is applied to the finishing research of aeroengine blade profile. The technological process of blade profile finishing is established. The abrasive is selected and the fixture of blade finishing experiment is designed. Through the experiments of finishing of the blade surface and the front and the back edge, it is verified that the cyclone finishing and the experimental scheme can meet the design requirements of the blade profile and the front and the back edge, improve the finishing efficiency by more than 1 times, and improve the blade profile Stress state and its distribution, thus greatly improving the blade’s fatigue life.
