目的:探讨综合性医院口腔门诊管理方法,提高口腔门诊医疗质量,减少医疗纠纷,增加患者就诊满意度。方法:提出并引用“口腔诊疗单元”管理方法,加强诊疗单元中人员学习培训、口腔医生与牙科助理配合训练、优化口腔临床规范化操作流程,强化口腔日常事务管理、病人群管理、细节管理等。结果:2年多应用以来,口腔诊疗单元管理方法通过管理口腔门诊日常工作、口腔疾病诊治、口腔诊疗操作配合有效地提高了医疗质量、临床工作效率,减少了医疗差错和医疗纠纷,增加了患者就诊满意度。结论:口腔诊疗单元管理方法是综合性医院口腔科有效的管理方法。
