我国于2014年颁布《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020年)》,决定进一步发展职业教育,推动教育制度创新和结构调整,培养数以亿计的工程师,高级技工和高素质职业人才,传承技术技能,促进就业创业,为建设人力资源强国和创新型国家提供人才支撑。这就为培养外语型技术型人才提供契机。目前社会对日语技术型人才的需求不断扩大,但是高等职业(以下简称:高职)教育中对日语技术型人才的培养还存在许多漏洞和不足。各地的高职教育学校需要根据当地对日语技术型人才需求的特点和技能,培养适合当地发展的日语人才,建立日语职业教育体系,并且将规划大胆实践,不断总结培养经验和完善培养模式。本文通过分析现状,结合所任职的高等职业学院的经验,讨论培养日语技术型人才的方法,为培养社会所需人才提供思路。
In 2014, China promulgated the “Construction Plan for Modern Vocational Education System (2014-2020)” and decided to further develop vocational education, promote innovation and structural adjustment of education systems, and train hundreds of millions of engineers, senior technicians and highly qualified professionals. Pass on technical skills, promote employment and entrepreneurship, and provide talent support for the construction of countries with strong human resources and innovative countries. This provides an opportunity to cultivate foreign-language technology talents. At present, the demand for Japanese-skilled talents continues to expand in society, but there are still many loopholes and deficiencies in the cultivation of Japanese-skilled talents in higher vocational education (hereinafter referred to as higher vocational education). Higher vocational education schools in various regions need to cultivate local Japanese talents suitable for local development according to the characteristics and skills of local Japanese-skilled talents, establish a Japanese vocational education system, and plan boldly to practice, continuously summarize and cultivate experience and improve the training mode. This article analyzes the status quo, and combines the experience of the higher vocational colleges in which they serve, discusses the methods for cultivating Japanese technical talents, and provides ideas for cultivating the talents needed by society.
